Leadership Coaching

As a global transition and leadership coach, I have partnered with employees from a variety of U.S. based Fortune 500 companies in the pharmaceutical, software, healthcare, biotech, financial services and food processing industries. I’ve worked with individual contributors, first time managers, seasoned managers, directors and senior directors, helping them grow their leadership and management skills and unlock their personal and professional potential. Teaming up with your employees, I’ll work with them to grow their resilience, productivity, confidence and leadership skills.
